How Are You Different From Other SMS Marketing Platforms?

How Are Message Credits Counted?

Message Credits are defined in increments of 160-character blocks per text message.  That is, a text message that contains 170 characters will consume 2 Message Credits.  All text messages that are sent or received on our platform, including system-generated ones for compliance or confirmation purposes, scheduled & one-off broadcasts sent, and opt-in/opt-out messages sent by the subscriber count toward the consumption of Message Credits.

What Other Costs Are There Besides The Monthly Fee?

While we provide design services & help craft your messages for your marketing collateral to get customer opt-ins, you will be responsible for any associated printing costs, such as table tents, A-frame signs, flyers, business cards, etc. 

Can I Send Videos & Images Too?

Via our system you cannot directly send multi-media files such as you can send photos, videos, and audio files.  However, you are welcome to send links to those files in your text messages.
